That's a wrap on my 2017 wedding season ! I have so many emotions as I prepare to hibernate for the winter. So much growth and change has occurred. I started my season calling myself a lifestyle wedding photographer. Only to realize that my favourite images were taken from a mix of two styles. Ottawa fine art wedding photographer and lifestyle wedding photographer.I guess that's what Taylor swift must of felt like when she transitioned from a country to a pop singer. Ok, maybe not the same but close enough. But wait. What does it mean to be an Ottawa fine art wedding photographer? It is to focus more on moments and images that make people feel something. My hope is to have the people on my photos jump out and tear at your heartstrings. Because, that's what life feels like for me. Being an Ottawa fine art wedding photographer gets me much closer to accomplishing that.That's one thing about getting older. You realize how fast it all really goes.
