Lake Minnewanka engagement

Being my first visit in Banff Alberta, I couldn’t had asked for a better location than a Lake Minnewanka engagement. The clear blue lake, the immensity of the nearby mountains and the rocky beach were such a treat for this Ottawa wedding photographer. It was a sight for sore eyes for sure.Lake Minnewanka was the perfect backdrop for Stephanie and Myles. They arrived in style and dressed to the nines. Myles in a black suit and Stephanie in a lovely blush cocktail dress with nude heels.Together we took rocky mountain photos and we talked about their upcoming Banff destination wedding that was happening in two days. A Fairmont banff springs wedding no less.Being a destination wedding photographer, I like to arrive a few days early to the wedding location so that my clients have the option of having their engagement session with me. This comes in handy when we live too far apart. In this case, they live in Windsor. In so, meeting up two days before the wedding day in Banff was our best option. When we ended their Lake Minnewanka engagement, all I could think of was how grateful I am. Grateful to have clients fly me around the globe to photograph their weddings for a living. This will never get old.
