Anyone that knows me knows my borderline obsession with New York City. To photograph central park engagement photos was on my career bucket list for some time.I mean.. Bow bridge, the Bethesda fountain, the Bethesda terrace etc.. What a dream come true when Sarah and Devon decided to have their engagement in Central park!Devon and Sarah met at work... Actually they didn't. But they could have. They met online. Imagine their surprise when they discovered they worked in the same building!After getting engaged, they decided to seek adventure together. They moved from Sarnia Ontario to Manhattan.They're getting married in the fall of 2020 in Ottawa but we decided to plan their central park engagement session in NYC! Of course, New York being as crowded as it is, we opted for a sunrise session to maximize the space to ourselves with beautiful golden light.I'm over the moon about any excuse to visit my favorite place in the world. But mostly, for their trust and kindness. As an Ottawa wedding photographer who travels any chance she gets too, I'm so excited how cheap it is to fly to the big apple.It is because of clients like them that I get to experience my wildest dreams. Also, Sarah's killer red lips and navy heels were so perfect for this classy affair.Also, bow bridge might be the most beautiful bridge ever made.
