Winter Wedding at Strathmere Lodge
Winter weddings have special place in my heart. It's actually my favorite season! Thus why I was so excited to photograph a winter wedding at Strathmere Lodge.Ben and Jess have an undeniable connection and it is evident every time they hugged. They feel like two puzzle pieces that fits. The bride wore a lace form fitted gown, a bird cage veil and a bouquet of evergreens. Going for a more vintage vibe, everyone wore satin gloves. Now if gloves aren't the very definition of glamour, I don't know what is!The bridesmaids wore champagne colored dresses, with fur shawls and lanterns instead of flowers.Embracing the season, they had an outdoor winter wedding ceremony. Guests were served hot cocoa and given a blanket beforehand. This cozy atmosphere was perfect to witness them say I do.Photographing a winter wedding at Strathmere is something I hope I can do every single year!Ben and Jess, thank you so much for having me. It was such a delight to get to know you. I'll never forget your positive attitude and our mutual love for red wine. I'm the luckiest photographer to have you guys as clients.
