Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica Wedding in Ottawa
This is the story of a Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica wedding. But actually it’s the story of four weddings. You see, Alison has three older sister and this wedding was the grand finale. Being in a tight knit family, this wedding was a tear filled one as you can imagine. From her grand entrance with her father at Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica to the beautiful religious ceremony to the speeches, we kept laughing and crying simultaneously.
My heart beats for a beautiful classic and traditional wedding with tons of heart and this was just that. Elliott and Alison surrounds themselves with amazing and good people. It was easy to tell how excited and happy their guests were for them.
We walked through downtown Ottawa for all the best photo spots. National Gallery of Canada to the rooftop of the NAC. The view didn’t disappoint. This whole day was magic.
Rachel Radmore has done the all four wedding makeup looks for all four sisters.
The groom and his gents getting ready at the Westin in Ottawa.
Just a couple more minutes before the grandest of entrance.
A lot of emotions during the ceremony.
Straight out of vogue. Both of them.
I love how they are together. It’s a natural fit.
Her long cathedral veil was also a tradition where all her sisters wore it to their own wedding day.
